Food Sensitivity Testing

Any of these symptoms can be a result of a food intolerance or sensitivity.  Throughout our lives sensitivities can change due to different circumstances within and outside ourselves. 

Often we can “react” to certain stimuli in the environment, which can be a result of a digestive system that is under constant stress from foods we are intolerant to at that point in time.

It is a painless, non invasive (NO NEEDLES!!) test using acupuncture points on the hands and feet. It is a fantastic method for testing children.  By following a simple elimination diet and getting individual treatment from a practitioner food intolerance can be overcome, and restoration of a healthy normal diet and lifestyle can be achieved.

The Food Sensitivity test will take about 1 hour.

We find that our clients receive the most accurate results if they have had at least one naturopathic consultation, (with  one of our practitioners), prior to the sensitivity test. 

This is because many people have some imbalance in their digestive system, particularly the small intestine. Such an imbalance may lead to inaccurate results such as a sensitivity to “everything”!
