At Tara Health Centre we are very aware of the important role that enzymes play in every part of our bodies functioning. For this reason enzyme therapy or enzyme products are often recommended to our clients.

Enzymes are energised protein molecules essential for life. They catalyse and regulate nearly all biochemical reactions that occur within the human body.
